How to Try The Software
We have a number of videos that show you how the survey software works, plus we have a complete 21 day interactive learning tutorial that you can use free of charge.
The interactive tutorials should convince you as to how powerful and easy our software is, but you can also purchase the software on a monthly rental basis, allowing you to evaluate it fully on your own real life projects.
Here is a summary of the main 3 software modules that make up the software.
Survey Design Module
The survey design module runs on a Windows PC computers and is for designing and creating surveys. The survey design can then be transferred to a handheld pocket pc such as iPAQ, HTC or any handheld running Windows mobile. If you do not have a windows handheld you can still use the interactive handheld simulator on your PC .
Mobile Data Collection Module
After the survey is transferred to your handheld pocket pc, your surveyors can capture information away form the office. The captured survey data is then transferred to the PC for later analysis by database software such as Microsoft Access or Excel spreadsheets or in our own Data Manager database.
Data Manager Module
Data form you surveys is returned in Excel CSV format by default but a database and reporting system can be used if you purchase the Enterprise Edition. The Enterprise Edition allows you to filter, sort export and report on your data easily without any technical knowledge.
If you do not want to design your own surveys, we have a number of ready-made survey packages that you can start using straight away, such as asset management, stock condition and energy surveys.
